Robert J Wade
Age 64,
Born in Denver, Co on April 12, 1943
Resident of Aurora, Co
Passed away on December 28, 2007
Robert was the oldest son of his mother Viola Duffy. He was a wonderful man. He loved living life even though there were many days of suffering and pain due to illness. His best friend and companion was Julie Ann Wade, who he loved with a passion and referred to her as his Angel! He had 3 sons Robert, Jeremy, and Brandon, and a daughter Julie Marie. He also had 2 step daughters Becky and Christy and a step son Brian. He loved them all very much! He had 20 grandchildren and is survived by 4 sisters, Ethel, Louise, Arline, and Cindy and one brother Pat.
Robert loved anything to do with the outdoors, hunting, fishing, camping etc. He also loved the Broncos! Robert worked in different areas during his lifetime, including construction, hospital work, and he worked for the Department of corrections. He also served in the Air Force, but didn't serve during war times. He was stationed in Texas, he had hoped to get to travel somewhere other than the United States but never did get to.
We know he would have liked to be remembered for his generousity and his willingness to help others. His family will always remember him as the man who always had a coffee cup in his hand. He loved working with his hands, doing yard work or fixing things with his many tools. He loved going to Home Depot and Harbor Freight. He always wanted to be busy.
Robert will be missed by many, for his knowledge was great in so many areas. It seemed as though so many people relied on him for his opinions and answers for many of lifes tasks and lifes problems.
The last two years of Roberts life was spent living with Julie Ann and Julie Marie and his grand daughter trinity who he called his " Goose " and was a big part of her life and helped in taking care of her. She was a very special part of his life!
Robert would want his family and friends to remember that the most important thing in a persons life should be God. His faith was strong and he made peace with his maker and now we know that he is in a better place.
