Robert John Gliessman

Born August 26, 1915 in Hinsdale, Il. Worked as a Sales Fleet Manager for Ryerson Steel in Chicago. U.S. Navy 1945-1946. Survived by daughters Carol (Tom) Jans of Loveland and Marge (Steve) Innes of Westminster; five grandchildren Holly Hogge, Meg Maurek, Sarah Innes, Andy Jans and Erin Jans; 4 great grandsons. Preceded in death by his wife Lois. He was the president of Elmhurst College Alumni Association. Memorial services Friday 2 P.M. at Covenant Village of CO. 9151 Yarrow St., Westminster. In lieu of flowers donations to Elmhurst College, 190 Prospect Ave, Elmhurst, IL 60126.
