Robert Duane Korb
February 10, 1937 — March 25, 2019
Robert (Bob) D. Korb died peacefully at age 82 after a short illness in Longmont, Colorado. He was born February 10, 1937, in Colome, South Dakota, where he lived until joining the U.S. Army and serving in Germany. Shortly thereafter, he moved to Denver in 1960, where he met his future wife, Jackie. Bob and Jackie married April 29, 1962.
Bob always enjoyed fishing but took up golfing after retirement, which became his favorite pastime.
Bob is survived by his wife, Jackie Korb; son, Eric Korb; daughter, Ginger Gueck; and grandson, Christian Korb, all in the greater Denver area. He also is survived by loving siblings, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Interment is April 11, 2019 at Fort Logan National Cemetery, Denver, Colorado, Staging Area A at 1:00.
