Robert Barton Mann, or as we all knew him "Bart Mann", was born on January 7, 1946 in Danville, Illinois. He was a man of many hats. As well as being a long-time homeopath and incredible Medical Qi Gong practitioner, Bart had a strong faith in the Buddhist religion, was an accomplished professional Jazz drummer and teacher. Bart was also a very high-ranking Martial Artist in the discipline of Wing Chung. He spent four years in the US Navy during the Vietnam War. One of his greatest loves was riding motorcycles and we take comfort in knowing that's what he was doing when he died July 5, 2006. He went out in a spectacular blaze, just like a scene from the action movies he loved so much. He is survived by his daughter; Cara, his two sons; Craig and Chad, and his grandson; Jayden. He touched so many people's lives through teaching, healing and playing and he will be missed greatly. We know that he is somewhere else doing what he did best and that is having fun!
