Robert "Billy" Trejo
Robert B. Trejo aka "Bobby" age 68, passed away on Sunday July 31st at his home in Denver with his mother by his side.
Bobby was born April 13th, 1954, to Efren Trejo (Deceased) and Gloria Naida Birge in Pueblo, Co at Lakeview Hospital.
Bobby was a 1973 graduate of North High School in Denver and immediately enlisted into the United States Marine Corps where he was stationed at Camp Lejeune in North Carolina and deployed to Vietnam.
Bobby worked as a Tank Crew Man, moved to Bulldozer/Logistics Man and then finished his deployment on the NATO mothership at sea where he worked as an admin clerk to the admiral with top secret clearance.
Bobby was honorably discharged in 1977, but later was given honorably disabled veteran status with the following accommodations/medals:
-Nation Service Defense Medal
-Pistol Sharpshooter Requalification Badge
-Rifle Expert Requalification Badge
-Good Conduct Medal
Upon discharge, Bobby went to college for two years and then worked for the city for 8 years.
Bobby is survived by his Mother Gloria Naida Birge, Father Efern Trejo (deceased) Sister, Barbara Trejo, Brother Carl J Birge (Lucianna), Three Nieces Felicia Trejo, Marlene Guerrero and Louisa Guerrero. 6 great nephews and 1 great niece.
Bobby spent his time loving the Denver Broncos, listening to and playing music, spending time with his friends, dancing, watching old western movies, up keeping their house and loving on his dogs, Daisy, Prince, Happy and Kandi.
