Ronald Francis Moon Jr.

Ron passed away on June 30, 2023, after almost a three-year battle of cancer. He beat Stage 4 only to develop MDS in February 2023. He fought harder than most people would have. He was born in Roswell, NM on July 18, 1972. He moved to CO at the age of 16 where he found his home.

Ron met Amanda, his wife on labor day weekend in 1996 and they were inseparable from then on. They married in April 2004.

Ron was a Certified Automotive Technician. Some of the things he loved were cooking, reading, the mountains and spending time with his wife.

Ron is survived by his loving wife of 19 years, Amanda Moon; his son Hunter Moon; his in-laws; the father he adopted, Igor along with his work family; his mom; extended family and many friends.

Ron was preceded in death by his father Ron Moon Sr. and his grandparents.

A Celebration of Life will be held at The Tin Cup Bar & Grill 50 S Peoria, Aurora, CO 80012, on Saturday August 5th from 2pm-6pm. Dress casually, especially funny t-shirts.
