Ronald J. Richter, 78, of Aurora, passed away August 22, 2018.
He was born October 13, 1939 in Exira, Iowa, the son of Bernald and Mary (Yurich) Richter. He was a graduate of Wiota High School. On March 29, 1961 he married Ellen Richter in Wiota, Iowa.
Ronald is survived by his wife, Ellen Richter; daughters, Ronda (Darryl) Smith and Cathy Richter (Scott Norval); son, Ronald J. Richter, Jr. (Joann Mennie); five grandchildren, Brian (Renee) Lamanna, Heather Lamanna, Tyler Smith, Jenna Richter, and James Richter; three great-grandchildren, Karlie Lamanna, Jazmyn Lamanna, and Emma Lamanna; sister, Barb Sisler; and two Brothers, Bill Richter and Jr. Richter. He is preceded in death by his father, Bernald Richter; mother, Mary Richter; brothers, Larry Richter, Tom Richter, and Don Richter; and sister, Dorothy Power.
