Rosaria Maria Castillo, 77, of Denver, Colorado died Tuesday at home. Born 7/2/1941 to Solomon and Anna Rivera in Rocky Ford, Colorado, Rosaria was one of 12 siblings. Rose was married to the late Salvador Castillo departing as his widow.
Rose is survived by Daughter Tina Castillo, Son John R. Castillo, Daughter in Law Maria Castillo, Grandson(s) Kendrick Castillo, Aldo D. Pillitteri, and Salvatore E. Pillitteri. She is also survived by her Brother Henry Rivera, and sister Delores Sanchez, as well as, several surviving nieces and nephews, many extended family members and friends.
Rose enjoyed life to the fullest, a strong matriarch of her family she loved, laughed, and Lived each day with a very positive outlook on life.
Rose loved many people and always seemed to leave a lasting impression that would not let you forget her one way or the other. Avery straight forward and strong woman. We wish her all the best in her pursuit of peace and happiness on her journey to heaven.

Viewing will be held at Newcomer Funeral Home, 9/25/2018, 4 - 7 pm. Funeral services will be held 9/26/2018 at 10 am at the Church of All Saints with a procession to follow to Fort Logan Cemetery to Stage A for final burial services.
A reception to follow at 1 pm at the Church of All Saints Hall, all in attendance are invited to attend.
