Rosie I. Mares, 95 of Denver died February 10, 2020. She was born on July 27, 1924 in Gardner, Colorado.
She is survived by her sons Patrick of Thornton and Leroy of Denver; daughters Loretta Folks, Shirley Bojas, and Diane Nuanes all of Denver; seventeen grandchildren, fifty great-grandchildren, and fourteen great-great-grandchildren; and brother Art Apodaca of Pueblo. Rosie is preceded in death by her husband Pat Mares, daughter Becky Vigil and granddaughter Mandy VanFleet.
