Ruben P. Sandoval,77, of Denver. Passed away June 1, 2010.
Father of William Sandoval, Andrea (Brad) Hynes, Vicki Sandoval, Roger Sandoval, Barbara Rixie, Jerry (Erin) Sandoval. Grandfather of Tiffannie (Leo) Gonzalez, Matthew Rixie, Katie Gillin, Katie (Brian) Miller, Billie Jean Rixie, Brock Sandoval, Sidney Sandoval and the late Dugan Rixie. Great-grandfather of Olivia Rosales, Brianna, Arianna and Madison Rixie, Miguel Gonzalez. Also survived by numerous brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, cousins and loving friend Valerie Fitzgibbons.
Viewing, Sunday 2:00PM until 6:00PM; Funeral Services, Monday 11:00AM, both at the Newcomer Funeral Home - West Metro Chapel. Officiating, Rev. Bryan DeShasier. Interment, Ft. Logan National Cemetery with Military Honors by the U.S. Army and the All Veterans Honor Guard.
Following the interment services there will be a reception at the Denver Elks Lodge #17, 2745 W. 26th Ave., Denver, CO 80211.
Memorial contributions in Ruben's memory may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
