Samuel is survived by Aunt, Jerry Hopkins, JoAnn Salas and RoxAnne Randall; Brother, Salvador Lopez; Two Nieces, Nicole Lopez, Chanelle Valenzuela; Nephew, Jeremiah (Johnna Kappen) Lopez and numerous other nieces, nephews and friends. He is preceded in death by parents, and brother, Gilbert Lopez.
