79, of Denver, CO, passed away December 19, 2010. A Memorial Service will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, January 8, 2011 at Newcomer West Chapel. Shirley is survived by her son: Roy (Dolores) Schoonover; daughter: Tina A. Loos; 2 grandchildren: Teresa (Aaron) Sloan & Nathan Schoonover; 3 great grandchildren: Haydn & Otto Schoonover and Stella Sloan; and many grateful animals that she loved dearly. She is preceded in death by her husband, the love of her life, Charles "Chuck" Herring.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Denver Dumb Friends League, 2080 S. Quebec Street, Denver, CO 80231 or any No Kill Shelter of donor's choice.
Friends and family are welcome to wear bright colors to the memorial service in honor of Shirley's love of RED.
She will be greatly missed by her family, friends, and her many furry friends.
