She was born May 3, 1934 in Gladewater, Texas, the daughter of Elbert and Emma (Thacher) Dillbeck.
Shirley is survived by Husband, A. Mike Moganam, Daughter, Theresa Jean Luing; Three Granddaughters, Ashly Johnson, Leslie Adolphson, Jordan Abbi Huang. She is preceded in death by her parents.
