Sofie Sigala

Sofie Sigala (Blacky) aged 86 has earned her wing's as she passed away peacefully at her home in Denver Colorado on December 13, 2023.

She is preceded in death by her husband Albert Sigala, son Steve Sigala and Richard Sigala. She is survived by her children; Daughter; Cynthia (Cindy) Hernandez, Son; Dale (Julie) Sigala, Daughter; Linda (Tony) Tabaka, son; William (Julia) Sigala, daughter ; Alberta (Josh) Cruz, daughter; Ilene (Kenny) Morris. By her numerous grandchildren; Sophia, Natalie, and Nicole Hernandez, Shawn, and Micheal Sigala, Jason, Ebony, and Daniel (deceased) Terrones, Athena, Andrea, and Steven Sigala, Cherrisse, and Brittany Piaz, Mathew, Joseph, and Derec Purvis. As well as a numerous great grandchildren and great, great grandchildren.

Sofie was a devoted wife and mother who spent her whole life dedicated to her family. She was enthusiastic about plants, Orchids (her favorite), exceptional cook, Gardener and thoroughly enjoyed working on her doll houses, sewing dresses, and quilting. She loved her cooking programs and cooking something new, she knew a whole array of movies but her favorite movies were the Lonesome Dove series. She loved the mountains as much as her family, she absolutely loved hummingbird's, playing cards and being with family.
