39, a native of Denver and fourth generation native Coloradan, passed away on Wednesday, August 9, 2006, after a long illness. He graduated from the University of Southern California Film School, Phi Beta Kappa, in 1991. He located in New York City to practice film making and acting in community theater. Stephen earned a Master's Degree in Mass Communications at the University of Denver in 2003. His Master's Thesis, Chaos, Complexity and Mass Communications, pioneered research on chaos theory in Mass Communications. This thesis and other of his works are published and available online at StephenEarley.org. He is survived by his spouse, Russell Roberts of Denver, his father, Frank Lee Earley of Elizabeth, Colorado, and his mother, Carolyn Earley of Centennial.
