Steve J. Görög, 68, of Denver, passed away April 5, 2018.
He was born November 19, 1949 in Budapest, Hungary, the son of Istvan and Anna (Hajays) Görög. He was a graduate of Lincoln High School. On November 22,1974 he married Sandra Sundby, of Denver, Colorado.
Throughout his life soccer was Steve's main passion. Steve help organized the Southwest soccer for youth program. He coached , he refereed and he played.
Steve is survived by Daughter, Keri Anne Görög and Ginny Wicklund. Grandsons; Jason Wicklund and Shawn Wicklund and his brother Alex Görög. He is preceded in death by Mother, Anna Elizabeth Görög, Father, Istvan Janos Görög, Sr.
