Steven P. "Steve" Matthaei , 65, of Denver, passed away December 27, 2018.
He was born July 16, 1953 in Scottsbluff, Nebraska.
He was a graduate of Gering High School in Nebraska. He graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Arts from Chadron State College.
On May 19, 1973, he married Linda Jacobson.
Steve enjoyed woodworking in earlier years. He also enjoyed golfing and fishing with his sons. Steve also played softball with his company's team for many years.
Steven is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Linda Matthaei; two sons, Michael N. Matthaei and his wife, Robyn and Matthew J. Matthaei; three grandchildren, Joanna Matthaei, Sophie Matthaei and Aidan Matthaei; mother, Geraldine Matthaei; sister, Jerilyn Decker and several nieces, nephews, extended family and a host of friends.
