Steven C. Rohlf

September 8, 1936 — March 9, 2021

Steven Carl Rohlf, 84, died March 9, 2021, at his home in Westminster, Colorado.

At his request, no service will be held.

Steve was born on September 8, 1936 in Longmont, Colorado to Carl and Florence Rohlf. Steve attended high school in Westminster, where he wrestled. His wrestling career included a 2nd place showing at the state level. Steve was an avid outdoorsman, and off road enthusiast. The summer activities for the Rohlfs would always include a 2 week trip into the mountains for camping, fishing, and off roading. Steve was a career police officer with the Commerce City Police Department, and later as Director of the Commerce City Public Works.

Steve married Sally Davis in 1958 and they had 3 children; Ronald Craig, Dawn Rachelle, Mark Alan. Steve later married Louella Hall in 1966, and they were together until Lou's passing in 2020.

After retiring, Steve would enjoy many cross-country trips and cruises to international destinations with his wife Louella, mother Florence, and sister Donna. He particularly loved the cruises to Alaska, with the breathtaking landscapes along the coast. Steve was very much an outdoorsman, and the scenes of Alaska inspired him.

He is survived by his Sister Donna; Sons; Ron and Mark; Daughter Dawn; Five Grandchildren, and three Great Grandchildren.

Memorial donations can be made with the March of Dimes or the Colorado Parks and Wildlife.
