It is with very heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Suszanne Driver, 74, of Aurora, Colorado, who passed away on March 13, 2023, after her heart could bear no more without her soulmate she lost just 75 days prior.
Sue was born on May 26, 1948, to Delbert and Susie Williams in Redfield, South Dakota. After graduating from high school in 1966, she moved to Denver, Colorado. That next year, she met Dennis Driver on a blind date, and they married six months later in February of 1968. Both went on to be the proud parents of four children, Debbie Lien (Alan) of Meridian, ID, Dennis Driver II (Cyndi) of Centennial, CO, Janette Hagaman (Kirk) of Littleton, CO, and Sherry Ingram (Kenny) of Aurora, CO.
Sue worked very hard for many years as a machine operator at Warneke Paper Box Company. When she retired in 2010, she dedicated her life to being a fantastic and wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandma. Sue was a kind and generous woman who always put the needs of others before her own. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Sue was preceded in death by her parents, her older brother Dwight Williams, and her husband of almost 55 years, Dennis Driver. She is survived by her older sister, Janet Luptak of Nevada, her four adult children, 13 amazing grandchildren (ages 8-31), and great-grandmother to 4 beautiful kids. Our lives will never be the same without you Sue.
