Sylvia was born in Taos, New Mexico and as an infant went to Houston, Texas, where she grew up and worked as Hairdresser, before marrying Bertram "Bert" Frank, Sr. on February 1, 1969. There were married 50 years and had two children, before he passed away on December 21, 2019.
Sylvia is survived by her son Bert, Jr., and her daughter Michele. Sylvia was a terrific mother and wife for all of these years and will be missed dearly.
