Sylvia Maestas

Sylvia Maestas, age 73, of Denver, Colorado, passed away on Monday, February 22, 2010. Preceded in death by her loving husband of 41 years, Fidel B. Maestas, daughter, Eva; mother, Matilda Edwards and mother-in-law, Tomasita Meastas, and twin sister, Carmen Lopez. She is survived by 6 children: Chris (Donna), Susan (Larry), Ernest (Robin), Yvonne (Robert), Irene and Janette (Ernesto); numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; siblings Roy Romero, Alfred (Erica) Romero, and Mary Duran.

Visitation on Monday, March 1, 2010 at 6:00 PM with a Rosary following at 7:00 PM; Funeral Service, Tuesday, March 2, 2010 at 10:00 AM, all at Newcomer Funeral Home - West Metro Chapel, 901 S. Sheridan Blvd., Lakewood, CO 80226. Interment follows at 11:30 AM at Fort Logan National Cemetery,Staging Area "B", 3698 S. Sheridan Blvd., Denver, CO 80235.
