SYLVIA MARTINELLI, A BELOVED HOMEMAKER, DEVOTED MOTHER, GRANDMOTHER, AND AN ENTHUSIAST OF LIFE'S SIMPLE PLEASURES, PASSED AWAY ON OCTOBER 2ND, 2023. SYLVIA LEAVES BEHIND A LEGACY OF LOVE, WARMTH, AND CHERISHED MEMORIES THAT WILL FOREVER BE ETCHED IN THE HEARTS OF THOSE WHO HAD THE PRIVILEGE OF KNOWING HER. SYLVIA WAS BORN AND RAISED AS A CHILD ON A FARM IN SYRACUSE, NEW YORK. SHE DEVELOPED A DEEP APPRECIATION FOR NATURE AND ANIMALS, PARTICULARLY KITTENS, WHICH SHE ADORED. SYLVIA HAD A PLAYFUL SPIRIT AND A PASSION FOR ADVENTURE. SHE FOUND JOY IN THE BRIGHT LIGHTS OF LAS VEGAS, WHERE SHE INDULGED IN HER LOVE FOR GAMBLING, CREATING UNFORGETTABLE MEMORIES WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS. HER LAUGHTER AND ENTHUSIASM WERE CONTAGIOUS, MAKING EVERY TRIP TO VEGAS A MEMORABLE EXPERIENCE. ONE OF SYLVIA'S SWEETEST INDULGENCES WAS CHOCOLATE. THERE WAS NOT A CHOCOLATE SHE DIDN'T LOVE, AND HER EYES WOULD LIGHT UP AT THE SIGHT OF A DELECTABLE TREAT. HER ENJOYMENT OF LIFE'S LITTLE PLEASURES WAS A REMINDER TO SAVOR EVERY MOMENT. IN HER YOUNGER YEARS, SYLVIA EMBRACED THE THRILL OF SKIING AND DANCING ALONGSIDE HER BELOVED HUSBAND, LOUIS, CREATING COUNTLESS MEMORIES TOGETHER. THEIR ADVENTUROUS SPIRIT AND SHARED LOVE FOR LIFE WERE THE FOUNDATION OF A STRONG AND ENDURING MARRIAGE. AS A LOVING MOTHER, SYLVIA WAS HER CHILDREN'S BIGGEST CHEERLEADER. SHE WHOLEHEARTEDLY SUPPORTED THEM IN ALL THEIR SPORTING ENDEAVORS AND LATER IN LIFE PURSUITS, ALWAYS PRESENT TO CELEBRATE THEIR ACHIEVEMENTS AND OFFER A COMFORTING PRESENCE IN TIMES OF NEED. ABOVE ALL, SYLVIA WAS A DEVOTED GRANDMOTHER. SHE CHERISHED HER GRANDDAUGHTER AND WAS A CONSTANT SOURCE OF LOVE, GUIDANCE, AND UNCONDITIONAL SUPPORT. WHETHER ATTENDING SCHOOL EVENTS, PROVIDING WISE COUNSEL, OR SIMPLY SHARING STORIES AND LAUGHTER, HER BOND WITH HER GRANDDAUGHTER WAS UNBREAKABLE. SYLVIA'S ENDURING LOVE AND DEVOTION TO HER FAMILY WERE THE CORNERSTONES OF HER LIFE. HER WARM SMILE, KIND HEART, AND UNWAVERING LOVE WILL BE DEARLY MISSED BUT FOREVER REMEMBERED
