Our beloved Terry Mark Knieff, 76, passed away after a long courageous struggle with COPD. At the time of his death, he was residing at his family's home in Aurora, CO. He had lived the previous thirty-five years in Indian Hills, CO and had worked for twenty-five years as a Facility Manager of West Jefferson Middle School, in Conifer.
A person of many skills, talents and ideals, he was a bass player, surveyor, Porsche Mechanic, voracious reader, deep thinker, and devout animal lover.
He was born in Brownwood, TX. He was preceded in death by his parents, Claude and Virginia Knieff.
He is survived by brother, Bill (Olivia) sister, Claudia (Cliff) sister Leah (Scott) and life partner of fifty-five years, Jude; nieces and nephews, Corrine (Drew), Tyler (Tae), Xandria (Matt), and Will.
Our family is deeply grateful for the loving, compassionate care Terry received from his Lutheran Hospice Team.
