Theresa G. Takase, 78, of Lone Tree, passed away November 22, 2018.
She was born June 20, 1940 in Alexandria, Virginia, the daughter of Pietro and Antonia (Cornelius) Garilli. She graduated from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor's degree. On December 31, Theresa married Stanley Takase, in Baltimore, Maryland.
Theresa was a very passionate person and full of life and energy. She dedicated herself to helping the unfortunate, both human and animals.
Theresa is survived by her husband Stanley Takase; sisters, Madelane Crytzer and Flora Aquilla; brother, John; children, Geoffery, Robert, and Anne; grandchildren, Daniel and Ashley; and numerous family members and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, Antonia and Pietro Garilli; sisters, Bernadine Benz and Rose Reed.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
