Therese Marie Bramlett, 72, of Aurora, passed away March 2, 2019.
She was born February 1, 1947 in Long Beach, California, the daughter of Lawrence and Therese (Farrell) Ware. She attended Madison High School in San Diego, CA. On February 27, 1998 Therese married Robert Bramlett in Arvada, Colorado.
Theresa, or Teri, spent her life in many different areas of the country. Her father being in the Navy, travel was not something out-of-the-ordinary for her. She spent much of her time growing up in southern California, where she learned how to water-ski and developed her lifelong love of the beach. She also loved music and played accordion. Teri spent her senior year of high school in Owego, NY where she met her first husband, Greg Stella. They had two children who grew up in upstate New York. She met her second husband, Robert Bramlett, in 1984. Teri and Robert married in 1997 and moved to Robert's home state of Colorado where they have lived ever since.
Wherever Teri went she made an impact on those around her. She built lifelong friendships in California, Washington State, New York and elsewhere.
Teri loved to travel around the country and made many trips with her husband, her sons and cousin, Terry O'Brien.
Therese is survived by her husband, Robert Bramlett; two sons, Patrick D. (Nancie) Stella and Timothy L. (Jamie) Stella; step-son, Matthew W. (Monique) Bramlett; six grandchildren, Anastacia (Keith) Henley, Dylan Stella, Hope Gardner, Kaylee Bramlett, Jordan Bramlett, and Ethan Bramlett; two great-grandchildren, Sophia Henley and Austin Henley; brother, Robert (Rene) Ware; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. She is preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence R. and Therese A. Ware; and sister, Ann Bailey.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Aurora Hills Church Awanas Program, 12800 E Alameda Ave, Aurora, CO 80012.
A celebration of life of Therese Marie Bramlett will be held on Saturday, September 7, 2019 at 12:00pm at the Hickories Park Pavilion #1, 359 Hickories Park Rd., Owego, NY 13827.
