Thomas D. Boone

Tom Boone, 84 of Aurora, Co passed away Monday January 8, 2024. He was born to the late Marcia Walker and Daniel Boone on October 13, 1939 in Denver, Co.

Tom worked as a car salesman and finance manager for several car dealerships and lastly worked for the post office as a mail carrier until he retired.

One of Tom's hobbies was working on and fixing up his 1973 Ford Mustang which was his pride and joy. Tom was an avid lover of NASCAR and drag racing. He loved going to the Mile High Nationals at Bandimere Speedway for many years.

He loved traveling to Las Vegas with his wife Bessie where they loved playing slot machines. They also visited Blackhawk and Central City to play slot machines where they always came home with their winnings.

Tom is survived by his wife Bessie Boone, his daughter Julie Boone, step son Troy Palmer and his wife Michelle Palmer, and his granddaughter Marissa Palmer.
