Thomas Eugene Burns, II, 42. Beloved son and first born of Thomas E. Burns and Melinda J. Burns. Born February 7, 1960 and taken from us on September 16, 2002. He is survived by sisters Cathleen Burns, Lora Swepston, and Cheryl Burns; and brothers Douglas and Matthew Burns. Memorial services, Friday, 12:30 p.m., at Newcomer Family Chapel.
