89, of Littleton, CO went to be with the Lord on April 21, 2010. He is survived by his wife: Dorothy; daughter: Ethel Wanamaker; son: Tom(Pam)Bayless II; beloved grandchildren and great grandchildren; sister: Marzetta; nieces and nephew. Preceded in death by his son Gary. He was a Paratrooper in the 101st Airborne, 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment, during WWII European Theater. He fought every action from the drop on D-Day, through France, Holland, Belgium, and the Rhineland. Funeral Service will be Friday April 30th at 11 AM at Southern Gables Church, 4001 S. Wadsworth Blvd. Viewing 1 hours prior to service. Burial Ft. Logan National Cemetery Area C at 1:15 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Joshua Fund, 18490 Base Camp Road, Monument, CO 80132. Visit www.NewcomerDenver.com.
