T.J Covington 81-Of Aurora, Colorado went home to be with our Lord Jesus May 5th, 2010.
Born in Lamar County, Texas, he is preceded in death by his mother Chairsely Covington, his dad Alford Covington, a sister Margie Mooney, and a son Jerry Wayne.
He is survived by his loving wife Gala Covington "Mother Baby;" his children, Paul (Charlene), Lynda "Baby Sister II" (Dean), Donald, Charles, Carl; his grandchildren, Tabitha, Denise (Benjamin) Gondrez, Joshua, Alexis, Caitlynn, Laura, Carl Jr., Robert, Scotty, Mykell, Kevin, Devin; sisters, Mamie, Betty, Barbara, Beverly; and great-grand children, Julie and Kayla and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
T.J was a 32nd Degree Master Mason. He was a good man, husband, father, brother, and friend under the authority of the almighty God. May the Lord bless the family he left behind with a closer relationship with each other and with God.
