Twyla Ilene Harig (Koplin), great grandma, grandma, mom, aunt, was born in Scribner, Nebraska on January 11th, 1932 to father, Arno Carl Koplin and mother, Nellie Ree Koplin (McDermott). She would go on to graduate from Scribner High School on May 29th, 1950. On November 17th, 1951, she married John Charles Harig, Jr. John Charles Harig, III was born on July 3rd, 1954 in Fremont, Nebraska. In 1956, the three of them moved to Denver, Colorado. Then on September 15th, 1959, Carl Roger Harig was born in Denver, Colorado. Twyla went to work on November 6th, 1970 for the Denver Public Schools in the cafeteria of the local elementary school. She was divorced on April 30th, 1974. She lived on her own and was very independent for over 30 years. Twyla worked at Balarat Outdoor Education Program for Denver Public Schools, in the mountains. She loved nature and the outdoors. On September of 1992, she retired from Balarat. She took care of herself for years to come. Twyla was also a very dedicated Jehovahs Witness.
Twyla passed away on November 27th, 2009. We will all miss her. Her witty sense of humor, her maticulas side, very oreganbizaqd, her love for children, and all of her caring ways. We love her and she will be missed greatly. She leaves behind sons, John and Carl, gandchildren, Lisa, Wendy, Shauntel and Julian and greatgrandson, Jayden.

Following the Ceremony on Wednesday the 2nd of December, 2009, family and friends will be gathering at the Olive Garden on 7655 West Alameda, the northwest corner of Wadsworth Blvd. and Alameda Ave., Lakewood, Colorado.
