Victor René Rogers, 77, of Aurora, passed away November 8, 2019.
He was born June 30, 1942 in Bronx, New York, the son of Henry and Luvinia (West) Rogers. He graduated from Metro State University with a Bachelors of Science in International Marketing.
René honorably served in the US Air Force from 1960-1965.
René was an avid reader. He also loved to listen to music and had a large collection of albums. Above all, he cherished the time he spent with his family, especially his grandchildren.
René is survived by son, Christopher Rogers; daughter-in-law, Franciose "Franny" Rogers; three grandchildren, Marquis (Destiny) Fitzpatrick, Auriel Rogers and Xavier Rogers; three great-grandchildren, Jaylen Fitzpatrick, Amaya Fitzpatrick and Jaleii Fitzpatrick.
He is preceded in death by son, Victor "Beau" Rogers; mother, Luvinia Inez Rogers and Father, Henry Rogers, .
