Wilma Marie Garlutzo, 92, of Denver, passed away Wednesday July 7, 2021.
She was born to her loving parents Fred and Annie Griffith, September 30, 1928, in Trinidad, CO. Wilma graduated from Holy Trinity High School in Trinidad, CO in 1947.
She married the late Louis Garlutzo on Thursday April 10, 1947, and they lived together in Trinidad, CO before relocating to Denver in 1956.
Wilma was full of life and loved her family, singing, dancing and the Lord. She will be very missed and was loved tremendously by everyone that knew her.
Wilma is survived by two children: Darlene Garlutzo; Larry and Greta Garlutzo.
She also is survived by five grandchildren: Larry and Tanya Garlutzo, Heath and Brandi Garlutzo; Michelle and Steve Boyd; Brittany and Andrew Lacy; Bridgett Newton Raub and eleven great-grandchildren: Niko and Joseph Garlutzo; Emma and Nora Garlutzo; Zachary and Marissa, Max and Luke Boyd; Arlo Lacy; Sabastian Newton and Donavon Jenerette and two great great-grandchildren: Elizabeth and Louie Boyd. She is preceded in death by her parents Fred and Annie Griffith, sister Julia Harnish and brother Father Edwin Griffith.
A viewing will be held at Newcomer Funeral Home from 5 pm to 7 p.m. on Wednesday July 14th and the funeral will be held at 11am on Thursday July 15th at Our Lady of Loreto Catholic Church in Foxfield, CO.
